I would like to know what i can put in my hair to make it look good. not greasy or crunchy but not poofy! how do you put it up on the sides with out brushing out all the curl. Also i tried mousse and it just feels like really wet? Help me style my hair!!! new do and not sure what works best!

There is a product made by Paul Mitchell called Awapuhi Moisture Mist,that works well on permed hair. Also try using a product by Biolage that is called Curl Defining Creme and

Kenra platinum silkening Gloss or any type of silk drops. this makes my hair soft,shiny and manageable. I also use a Biolage hydro foaming styler too. Don't use a blow dryer,let it dry naturally,if possible. And always use a shampoo and conditioner made especially for color treated and/or permed hair.

To put your sides up,try using a pick or wide tooth comb instead of a brush. Don't pull the hair too tight or you'll pull the curl out.

Also,make sure to use a good conditioning balm,such as Biolage at least once a week as perms really drain the moisture from your hair.

Just get something from the salon. Salon products are better. You can find something there that will really work, and won't be that much more expensive than the high end drug store products.

Use a ligt moisturizer or leave in conditioner. Or hairspray with vitamins and minerals in it not the sticky kind. Gel is always great too.

Well i have never permed my hair but my sister has, and she said that the best thing to use is products by AUSSIE.
