I always buy the same brand of hair (sensationnel), but find that once I leave the hair dressers my hair gets very tangly and frizzy. I have tried various oil sheen sprays and beeswax, but nothing seems to work. It frizzes within minutes of being combed or brushed. I have also resorted to using a hair dryer and straighteners, to try to control it. Are there any tricks/tips that I should be doing or should I experiement with another brand of hair?
I'm Afro Caribbean with a human hair weave. Not sure how to tame the frizz. Any suggestions?
If it IS human hair (as I think you stated), then it should be conditioned in the same way. I can't see beeswax doing much more than actually causing it to be sticky and tangle more. I've never had hair extensions or such myself, but I do know that it is absolutely essential to use conditioner if you want to stop hair being frizzy or flyaway. If you are using the right conditioner, then it is impossible to overcondition. After washing your hair, towel dry and detangle gently with a wide toothed comb. I would also recommend leave in or heat-activated treatments to add moisture to the ends, and when you brush or comb your hair, run your fingers over/through to smooth the cuticle.

maybe if u wash it, make sure u towel dry, then use Bio Silk, its a serum to give shine and makes it easy to comb hair, i am half black, and it works like wonders. then if its human hair, use a little mousse on ends to tame frizz..

Well it sound like maybe you bought some Irish hair lol. I am Irish...you need to use mousse. Put it in while your hair is still damp. Blow dry it straight or leave it in for wavy, concentrate on the ends. If you need volume put it in the roots and blow dry upside down.
