Ok I have naturally wavy hair with a few curls (it's to my underarms). I let it air dry and try not to use products in it but when it's all dry it ends up kinda frizzy and it just looks dry and dead. If I brush it, it gets all poofy and looks worse! What should I be doing with it to make it look more shiny and pretty waves! I have gel, some herbal essences shine/frizz cream, and vo5 or vo8 (I can't remember which lol) shine/frizz spray, I'm just not sure how to use these to work on my hair. What should I use on my hair and how!? Thanks!!

The frizz in naturally wavy or curly hair is not the same as the frizz that is a result of dry and/or damaged hair. Although your hair may LOOK dry, but since you're not in the habit using tons of products, I highly doubt you have damaged your hair from overstyling. Therefore, the egg-in-hair method doesn't necessarily work, as it's more of a moisturizing strategy for dry hair. And unfortunately, the brushing does make it poufier and even more frizzy. I have similar hair texture as yours. Since I live in harsh winter climate, I use Pantene or Nexxus shampoo/conditioner to remedy the dry hair. But during other seasons, I use other not-so-heavily-moisturizing shampoo %26amp; conditioners. For other not-as-drying seasons, I use an anti-frizz spray product right after each washing and comb through with a wide-toothed comb to evenly distribute it. Then I let it air dry, as blowdrying tends to make it more frizzy as well as potentially increase the risk of hair damage and make it less shiny When the outcome is not as shiny, then you would need to use a shine-spray, which tends to flatten your hair, as poufy, wavy hair needs more sprays to achieve the same degree of shine in straight hair. Using additional products than anti-frizz weighs down the hair too much, making it too flat.

put moose on after you towel-dry your hair, it really helps, but after you put moose on, remember to brush it cause if you don't, and you do it after, it's gonna frizzzz up like heck.

Help with my hair??
Use a good cream rince. Try Aussie, It is very rich and helps tame frizzed and dried hair. do not use a brush with bristles. Always use a large comb for long hair . A detangler comb is good. when your hair is wet use a COMB instead of any brush.
